P-087 ANALYSIS OF COMPLICATIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS AFTER 5 YEARS OF ANTERIOR SEPARATION HERNIOPLASTY

Abstract Aim To assess the treatment results, complications and quality of life patients after anterior separation hernioplasty. Material & Methods comparative analysis 96 with giant postoperative ventral hernias plastic by using polypropylene mesh endoprosthesis. Description method implant fixation is given, given. The Clavien-Dindo scale EuroHS QoL score EHS were used to investigate in first 30 days. Results wound observed 11.4% (p < 0.01), general 4.2% (0.05), hernia recurrence rate1.0% death 1.0% 0.05). Most (n = 71, 74%) experienced a significant reduction pain intensity, increased physical activity, satisfaction appearance at 3 months post-surgery. Conclusions study results showed low percentage complications, relapses, improvement patient's life.
